Profile: Interviews with key stakeholders generates a profile of the organization, the characteristics and traits of necessary to succeed in the position and the organization.  This insight is utilized to generate a detailed profile of the successful candidate and a roadmap to find them.

Search: Leveraging the knowledge gained in the investigation phase, we build a detailed search strategy that includes everything from identifying job boards, social media sites and key search terms to selecting the appropriate communication paths for engaging both active and passive candidates.  We then execute a coordinated search process to select candidates for screening.

Hire: Detailed screening questions are developed and utilized to sort out viable candidates from those that don’t fit.  We conduct phone screens with the top 10 and then the top 5 candidates.  The top 3 are then interviewed by our team and a recommendation is made to you. We then work with you to make the hiring decision.
